Keeping the pace with these technologies, the bioinformatics offer new solutions for data analysis and, what is more important, it permits to formulate a new class of hypothesis inspired in systems biology, more oriented to blocks of functionally-related genes. Although software implementations for this new methodologies is new there are some options already available. Bioinformatic solutions for other high-throughput techniques such as array-CGH of large-scale genotyping is also revised.</p>
<notes></notes></record></records></xml>
